1. Free online webinars A live online session exploring the connection between breathing, stress and sleep, with practical science-based tools to help you sleep better, ∙ Monday 25 May 4pm ∙ Wednesday 27 May 4pm ∙ Friday 29 May, 10.30am.
2. Live Sleep Event & Panel Join us for an immersive event featuring a sleep seminar and expert panel with Dan Ford, Tiare Tolks and Sarah Laurie, hosted by Bridget Snelling from Xero. ∙ Thursday 28 May 10am – 11.30am 96 St Georges Bay Rd, Parnell.
3. Include your workplace Help your team take part in Take a Breath Sleep Week with a ready-to-go workplace package including tools, resources, education and a team 7-Day Challenge.
4. Your personalised 7-Day Challenge A science-based sleep reset system combining breath training, simple education and a 7-Day Sleep Challenge to help improve sleep in just one week.
